Vinzenz Burgherr
Founder and Managing Director of ExploreSolutions GmbH
I bring over 25 years of experience in the MedTech sector – from research and development to production and sales to leading strategic initiatives. I find it easy to accurately identify customer needs, quickly understand complex issues, and effectively launch projects.
Throughout my career, I've held a variety of leadership roles – including in France, where I led integration and change processes and managed a production site as plant manager. This has taught me the importance of building bridges – between languages, cultures, and perspectives.
As an interim manager, I take on responsibility precisely where short-term leadership is needed. I create stability during transition phases, quickly grasp structures, and act with clarity and reliability – for teams, processes, and customer relationships.
In addition to my leadership experience, my ongoing training as a Gestalt consultant is a key element of my work. It sharpens my perception and helps me to be present in the here and now – with an open eye for what works. For me, the Gestalt approach is not just a method, but a lived conviction: clear, approachable, and authentic.
